Delivery time

Cancellation/return

Redodo generally ships orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel your order, please contact Ampere Time as soon as possible and we will process your refund within 12 hours if the product is not shipped.

However, if the products in your order have been shipped, we will process your refund within 3 working days after the shipped products are returned.

Our return policy is 30 days return, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

If the size, body color, quantity, etc. differ from your order

- Please let us know within 7 days after you receive the item and send it back by cash on delivery.
・We will refund the product price (including consumption tax) for the corresponding product.
・If you use a credit card, after returning the product, we will inform you of the deducted amount on the statement issued by the credit card company.
